This covers paying our disabled collaborators for their time across all four sessions. It's not what the program will cost once it's proven out. It's what it costs to build it right the first time, with the people whose input makes it real.

Who should attend?
Designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers learning side by side on the same real project. Everyone leaves able to ask better questions of real disabled users, not just the people with 'research' in their title.
What if I can't make one of the four sessions?
This round is built for people who can attend all four. The work builds session to session, and the group is small enough that one missing seat changes the room. If your schedule can't hold four Thursdays in Central time, wait for the next cohort.
What counts as "a real project"?
Something you're actually working on, with a decision you want to make or with the potential for accessibility. Ideally something not shipped or about to undergo modification. We'll reach out when you register and help you figure it out.
Who are the lived experience collaborators?
Disabled professionals who are paid partners in every session, not guests brought in once. They work alongside you on your actual project for all four sessions, bringing firsthand expertise no audit or guideline can replace.
Is this confidential?
Yes. What gets shared about your project and organization in session stays in the room. You'll get a short confidentiality acknowledgment before session one.
What kind of feedback am I going to be asked to give?
This founding cohort is priced and built to get feedback, not just deliver a finished program. Along the way we'll ask what's landing, what's not, and what the full program should look like once it launches. Your input shapes it.
What happens after I pay?
You'll get a confirmation email with the session link, a short pre-work ask, and what to bring to session one.
